Please make plans to have cash before arriving. ***If you notify me 48 hours before the appointment you may reschedule within the next 60 days ( If booked on a special rate day the special will no longer apply to the new date and will be considered a regular charged appointment.) If you fail to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit in order to book an appointment. ***This is a private location so please make plans to come alone or to be dropped off... To make sure I can service you in a timely manner, no kids under 10 are allowed unless being serviced... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! ***Due to Covid-19, please wear a mask to your appointment. If you show up without a mask, one can be provided for you for a charge of $5.. ***Make plans to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to insure that you find the location. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited... If you still would like to be serviced after arriving late, there will be a service charge of $50 for every 15 minutes that you were late... If you are coming from out of town please plan for unexpected traffic!... Cancellation Policy

To insure an easy and rewarding experience, please read the following carefully. This deposit is nonrefundable so please make sure you are booking the desired day and time you would like to have.. ***The remaining balance is due the day of the service...I will accept cash or zelle only unless otherwise specified. ***The time specified for the service is for booking purposes only. Service can take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own wigs. If you are experiencing a shipping or purchase issue and you did not purchase your hair from my website, please contact the vendor of the purchase. I do not need the wig in advance unless a color service is needed. **if you are installing curly or kinky curly wig and would like it pressed and styled an additional charge of $75 will be required. **Tight wand curls are an additional $75 . ***Make plans to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to insure that you find the location. Due to scheduling purposes, if you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited... I am not accepting late fees at this time.
