BOOKING INFORMATION
To ensure a successful appointment, there are a few things you need to know about the booking process.

salon APPOINTMENTS
All salon appointments will be arranged and confirmed by Strawberriredd via email or text message. You will be required to make a deposit to solidify your booking. You will receive instructions on how to do so after being matched with an appointment slot.
Late / Cancellation fees
A $50 dollar late fee will be added to the appointment balance when a client arrives more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Please note: after the 15 minute grace period expires, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Clients who are 30 minutes late or more will be automatically cancelled and charged a cancel fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs to avoid penalties. Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled less than 24 hours in advance will yield a $100 cancellation fee. Missed appointments will incur the same fee.
special event bookings
To specifically inquire about bookings outside of the salon, email BookingStrawberriRedd@gmail.com with the following information: Client name, event date, event type and location, number of heads to be styled and styles desired. You must then book your consultation via the Book Online Tab, Select Consultation and select Date & Time based on availability. I look forward to being your chosen stylist for your special event!
