Service Description

Phone Consultation only. **It is recommended that Client generates a list of questions that they may have prior to appointment, so that one can get all of their questions covered in the 15 minute consultation time allotted. **More than 15 minutes will not be needed. **Full Payment required at time of booking! **Consultation does not apply towards services. Consultations are held during StrawberriRedd’s time off. Please understand due to her busy schedule, the payment is for her undivided attention during that time. **If you miss your initial consult call, you will be given a 2nd consult call attempt 30 minutes after the first call. If you FAIL to be available for the 2nd attempted call, your consultation fee will be forfeited. **The 48 hour cancellation policy applies to ALL BOOKED appointments including consultation.

Cancellation Policy

To insure an easy and rewarding experience, please read the following carefully. This deposit is nonrefundable so please make sure you are booking the desired day and time you would like to have.. ***The remaining balance is due the day of the service...I will accept cash or zelle only unless otherwise specified. ***The time specified for the service is for booking purposes only. Service can take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. I want to provide the best service comfortably for both of us. ***If you notify me 48 hours before the appointment you may reschedule within the next 60 days ( If booked on a special rate day the special will no longer apply to the new date and will be considered a regular charged appointment.) If you fail to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit in order to book an appointment. *** To make sure I can service you in a timely manner, no kids under 10 are allowed unless being serviced. *IMPORTANT*When it comes to Lace wig appointments, please note that you should purchase & add any customizations to your wig at least 7 days prior to your appointment. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own wigs. If you are experiencing a shipping or purchase issue and you did not purchase your hair from my website, please contact the vendor of the purchase. I do not need the wig in advance unless a color service is needed. **if you are installing curly or kinky curly wig and would like it pressed and styled an additional charge of $75 will be required. **Tight wand curls are an additional $75 . ***Make plans to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to insure that you find the location. Due to scheduling purposes, if you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited... I am not accepting late fees at this time.
