Service Description
If you would like to have an appointment with Strawberri on one of her off days or after salon hours and/or you’re in need of travel services (within the perimeter of Atlanta (unless otherwise agreed upon by Strawberriredd) you can book this service! If you need a date and time not listed please pick a date that's available and let us know in the notes section the day and time you actually desire. We will contact you asap to accommodate. If using this service for weddings or photo shoots in the Atlanta area please also leave a comment in the notes section so that we can schedule a free consultation after booking for any additional pricing that may be needed to stay on site for hair changes and touch ups or any extra things needed. Do not book this service if you need me to travel out of town for your service. Schedule a consultation and we will discuss all dates, times, day rates, travel, and possible stays during that time.
Cancellation Policy
To insure an easy and rewarding experience, please read the following carefully. The booking fee is applied to your appointment and is nonrefundable so please make sure you are booking the desired appointment, day, and time you would like to have.. *The remaining balance is due the day of the service. I will accept cash or zelle only unless otherwise specified. *The time specified when booking for the service is for scheduling purposes only. The service you are booking may take more or less time than stated. I want to provide the best service comfortably for both of us. *You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. ( If booked on a special rate day the special will no longer apply to the new date and will be considered a regular charged appointment.) If you fail to reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited and you'll be charge 50% of the appointment. No call no show is an automatic ban and 50% charge. *To make sure I can service you in a timely manner, no kids under 10 are allowed unless being serviced. *Please note that you should purchase and/or drop off your hair/wig for color services at least 7 days prior to your appointment. If you are experiencing a shipping or purchase issue and you did not purchase your hair from my website, please contact the vendor where you made the purchase. I do not need the closure or wig in advance to bleach knots or pluck hairlines. *If you are installing curly, kinky curly, or kinky straight hair and would like it pressed and styled an additional charge of $75+ will be required to silk press the hair and inform us in the notes section. *For all install appointments, used hair must be cleaned and detangled before the appointment or your appointment may be canceled and booking fee forfeited. add on to clean is available. *Your hair must be freed of any styles and ready to be serviced upon arrival. *If you are coming to an after hours appointment please make plans to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to scheduling purposes, if you are more than 7 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your booking fee forfeited. The late fee is $50 up to 15 minutes and only at my discretion. Atlanta is unpredictable so please plan for unexpected traffic! *If you book a travel appointment, please insure that you are ready to be serviced upon my arrival at the scheduled time. Delays may incur an extra fee. *Thank you and see you soon!
